reading jess's blog about new confirmation names. i remembered something from my time. not too sure if my memory is still as good as it was but here goes.

we were discussing if we wanted to get confirmation names. so one of the teachers suggested, all the gals shall be called mary and all the guys shall be called michael. no idea why. (we didn't in the end though)

so when arch bishop asks for our names... mary, mary, michael, michael, michael, michael... ... (lots of guys in my class then) get the picture?

imagine what would archbishop's face be like. :D
